CARDIOSTIM 2010 in Nice

Making More Possible

This is precisely the theme that Boston Scientific, pioneering in the development of ICDs (implantable cardioverter defibrillators) for 30 years, chose for its informative, confident and clear presentation at CARDIOSTIM 2010 in Nice – with materials designed by medicalvision. For a more complete impression of the convention, have a look at the slide show: simply click on the picture on the right to start it.

EuroPCR 2010 in Paris

EuroPCR 2010 in Paris

This year´s EuroPCR was held in the French capital. On four days, exhibits at Boston Scientific’s stand included their first ever product presentations in 3D – no 3D glasses needed! On two special TFT screens from Alioscopy, animations of stents and balloon catheters created by medicalvision popped out at the viewers or disappeared into the virtual depth of the screen.

To give you an impression of the event, we believe in the well-known saying that "a picture is worth a thousand words". There is no better way to capture the special atmosphere, the busy and, in some cases, familiar people, the frequently surprising exhibition stands, and the vast range of visual impressions than with photographs. But see for yourself.

Corporate training on Pandora

Corporate training on Pandora

We spare no expense or effort when it comes to enhancing our 3D knowledge and expertise: for an idea of what could be achieved for our clients´ next exhibition stand, the whole medicalvision team went together to see James Cameron’s box office hit "Avatar" at the local cinema...

In the production of this film, real sequences were combined with computer-animated scenes. A new 3D technology, specially developed for this project, was used, involving scenes shot by virtual 3D cameras. We were so taken with this technology that it seems we missed the spaceship back to Earth – as you can see in this short animated sequence. Simply click on the picture to start it!

Round table

This Christmas party has made it clear: it´s now literally quite difficult to get all medicalvision employees around one table! But that won´t spoil our fun … And so, as a bigger but still homogeneous team, we´ll be celebrating a successful 2009!

All by itself!

All by itself!

Thanks to medicalvision´s long years of experience, its campaign for the international launch of Boston Scientific´s EPIC self-expanding nitinol stent in a range of different media went smoothly – so successfully, in fact, it almost ran by itself.
